We may use yoga blocks, therabands, and light weights from time to time but it's all optional. All you really need is a mat and a little space to move. The exercises are designed to be accessible and effective with minimal setup.
The movement classes range from 20 to 40 minutes and I suggest taking them at least twice per week. The expert talks range from 5 to 20 minutes. The bonuses are typically reading material so set aside another 30 minutes to interact with that material.
